Out for a day of offshore action with a crew of friends from my hometown area looking for something big. Spent the day working an area between 100 and 300 fathoms. While we didn't see any tuna we had several marlin encounters and by days end we had gone 2 for 4 on white marlin. Ran east nearly 60 miles today looking to put these guys on some fish. Spent the first half of the day going ball to ball putting 27 mahi in the box all on light tackle. Joey sets the trolling spread and we almost immediately get a big bite on our shotgun line in the middle of a turn.
