Today finds us working the same hill as yesterday looking for a couple bluefin bites in some very sporty conditions. Our first bite comes after about 15 minutes but isn’t pulling quite like a bluefin. Turns out the flase albacore, aka: turkey, have moved in. The rest of the morning all we could manage were turkey bite. Regardless of what we did or where we went, more turkey bites. Finally around 11:00 we get a huge explosion on our spreader bar but the fish completely misses the hook. Shortly after that the guys decide to pull the plug in ordwer to get one guy who’s been VERY sick back to land.
