Arrived at the bluefin grounds only to find much stiffer west winds than the forecast was calling for. Our first bite takes about an hour but with a little ways to go the hook pulls. About an hour later we get a second chance but the same outcome, the hook pulls AGAIN half way in. Praying the we get another shot we set the spread and the hunt for bite number three  starts. After nearly two hours in building seas the deep rod goes off and after a great battle we finally have our 80# over in the box. Start to troll toward home and after about 30 minutes the wwb takes off. Fifteen minutes later we release another over. Decided to get in before things get even worse.
