Today’s crew have two days reserved with us. One for a fun inexpensive trip and tomorrow for a deep drop trip.  The only caveat is todays catch needs to be good eating. With flounder fishing very subpar and the spanish mackerel not around in good numbers our only option for is trying to find a few keeper sea bass. After a 22 mile run we spend the rest of the day hopping around little pieces of bottom and weeding through the undersized fish and sea robins. By days I’m pleasantly surprised to have 35 keepers in the box.
