Spent today with a super fun crew of big time hunters from PA looking for a couple tuna bites. Morning was slow with only a white marlin and a mako encounter. Finally got a double of yellowfin around noon. Worked the area and got jumped by yet another marlin who really wanted our spreader bar. Ended the day with another single yellowfin bite. Back in the slip with three yellowfin in the box. Not great fishing but when I heard of an excellent boat in our marina that ran 90 miles to catch one mahi I felt better.
