Made a big run south looking for some tuna today with a rescheduled crew from last year. After two hours of looking with no results I decide to make a 10 mile run farther south based on some “top secret” info. Dave sets the spread and within 15 minutes we have our first yellowfin in the box. The next two hours are what tuna fishing should be. Shorty before noon we hit our limit which is a good thing since the crew of four is totally shot from fighting these fat yellowfins. Back in the slip with 12 in the box and several others released.
