Back in the saddle again after six days of constant wind and huge seas. I make a 50 mile run with a couple from southeast PA looking for some tilefish. Out with a crew from WV for a day of offshore action. Ran 53 miles toward some lobster gear only to find the lobster boat pulling away from the area after hauling all his gear before the pending big wind. So now its 7:30 am and we're already on "plan B". Worked out to 200 fathoms and nothing. Point the boat toward the 40 fa line and somewhere near 48 fa we get two big bites. One misses the hook...

Out for a day of offshore action with a crew of friends from my hometown area looking for something big. Spent the day working an area between 100 and 300 fathoms. Ran east nearly 60 miles today looking to put these guys on some fish. Spent the first half of the day going ball to ball putting 27 mahi in the box all on light tackle.
