Out with a father and son from upstate NJ who despite the forecast wanted to brave the winds and try for some bluefin.  Arrived at the lump in some sporty conditions and set out a quick trolling spread before changing over to chunking. Within 15 minutes we have our first bite and Matt does a great job on the reel and a 48# bluefin goes in the box. A while later we get a mahi bite and dad takes care of this little guy. By now the winds are cranking and the guys decide to troll for a little while longer then head in before things go from hateful to horrible.
